Under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), your personal data is processed by the seller below as data controller.

• Identity & contact (name, email, phone): orders and communication.
• Shipping address: delivering your order.
• Order & payment records: performing the contract, invoicing, accounting.
• Usage data (cookies): site functionality and improvement.

We do not store your card details. Payments are processed through the PCI-DSS-compliant PayTR gateway; card data is sent directly to PayTR, which acts as a separate controller/processor.

Data is shared only as necessary with couriers, the payment provider (PayTR), hosting/infrastructure providers, and competent authorities where legally required.

You may access, correct, delete, object to processing of, and port your data. Send requests to info@crafthinkera.com; we respond within 30 days. The Turkish version of this policy prevails.
