Distance Sales Agreement

This Distance Sales Agreement is concluded electronically between the SELLER below and the BUYER (Consumer) placing the order, under Turkish Law No. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

The subject is the sale and delivery of the product the BUYER orders on https://crafthinkera.com, whose characteristics and price are shown on the product page and order summary, and the parties' rights and obligations.

Type, quantity and VAT-inclusive price are shown in the order summary. Payment is taken by card via the PayTR secure gateway in Turkish Lira (₺). Shipping is shown separately. The order is final once payment is confirmed.

As items are handmade, they ship after the production/preparation time and are delivered within the legal maximum of 30 days. See Shipping & Delivery.

The BUYER may withdraw within 14 days of delivery without reason or penalty, by notice to info@crafthinkera.com. The refund is issued to the original payment method within 14 days. See our Returns Policy.

Per Art. 15 of the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made / personalized (made-to-order, hand-painted) products. Such items are clearly marked in the order summary.

The BUYER confirms having read and accepted this Agreement and the Pre-Information Form electronically. Turkish Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts have jurisdiction. Governed by the laws of Türkiye; the Turkish version prevails.
