Cancellation & Returns Policy

You may cancel free of charge before your order ships by emailing info@crafthinkera.com. Once confirmed, the full amount is refunded to your payment method.

For in-stock items you may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned unused, undamaged, with original packaging and invoice. Tone/texture variation inherent to handmade items is not a defect.

Custom-made / personalized (made-to-order, hand-painted) items are exempt from the right of withdrawal under Turkish law; this is noted at order time.

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, contact info@crafthinkera.com with photos as soon as possible. We cover all costs including shipping and provide a replacement or full refund.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (PayTR / card) within 14 days. Card refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank. The Turkish version of this policy prevails.
