Question 1

How long until my order ships?

Accepted Answer

Every figure is made to order and hand-painted, which usually takes about 5–15 business days. Once it's ready we ship it and email you the tracking details.

Question 2

Do you ship worldwide?

Accepted Answer

Yes — we offer free worldwide shipping on every order. Delivery times vary by destination after your piece leaves the studio.

Question 3

Are the miniatures really hand-painted?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Each piece is hand-painted one at a time in our Istanbul studio. Tiny variations are part of the craft and make your figure unique.

Question 4

How can I pay?

Accepted Answer

You can pay securely by credit or debit card through PayTR (3D Secure). You can also complete your purchase on our Etsy shop if you prefer.

Question 5

What is your return policy?

Accepted Answer

You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from delivery, in line with our return policy. Custom or personalized pieces made to your request are excepted. See our returns page for details.

Question 6

Can I request a custom figure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Open Make and describe what you want made, or write to make@crafthinkera.com. For an existing order, shipping or a damaged piece, use support@crafthinkera.com.

Question 7

Will my figure look exactly like the photos?

Accepted Answer

Very close. Because each one is hand-painted, there may be subtle differences from the listing photos — that's the nature of handmade work.
